Plans are billed monthly or annually, and annual billing reflects a 20% discount versus monthly pricing. Every plan includes UNITH team support, so conversation volumes are reviewed with you as your deployment grows — and the Scale plan includes a defined upgrade path to dedicated infrastructure.

When do we need the Dedicated Pool instead of a shared plan?

Choose the Dedicated Pool when you need guaranteed concurrent sessions, a latency SLA, and dedicated EU or US infrastructure — typically mission-critical deployments, enterprise rollouts, and regulated industries. Reserved slots are quoted individually, and the UNITH team designs the right setup with you.
